Souvlaki (Chicken)

The typical Souvlaki is made by small pieces of chicken passed through a wooden stick. This ancient Greek food is worldwide-famous. Restaurants often use metal sticks. In addition to meat our cook adds small pieces of tomato, pepper and onion. At "Salt and Pepper" Souvlaki is served with fried potatoes, tzatziki and pita bread.
